More Than Just Politics has been Generation 2000’s mantra since the organisation’s inception and today (17 years later) we continue to live by these words by working assiduously to build a better Jamaica. One of the mandates of the St. James Chapter is to attract young professional, like-minded and patriotic Jamaicans to the organisation’s fold from the and to our parent organization the JLP from the parishes in Western Jamaica.
In keeping with our mandate, the St. James chapter of Generation 2000 is hosting a young professional’s networking event on Thursday, August 24, 2017 in an effort to spread our message with the young professionals in the parish. With this event we endeavor to share the benefits of being a part of building Jamaica through political or social involvement.
